The application system will allow you to attach these documents.
If you do not attach these documents during the application process, you will need to send these documents by email to email@example.com or by fax at (775) 360-3855. If your rental application is missing any of these documents, your application will not be processed.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1. COMPLETE & SIGN
Fill out the application and electronically sign. By completing and signing the rental application, Applicant(s) authorizes DCG Management, Inc. to verify credit history, run a criminal background check, verify income/employment, and verify rental history.
2. PHOTO ID
All applicants are required to provide a legible copy of their driver’s license or other government issues photo ID (ex. Military ID, Passport, etc.)
3. GOVERNMENT ID #
Attach a copy of a Social Security card, W-2, or tax return.
4. INCOME VERIFICATION
To verify your income: If you are paid bi-weekly, attach your 2 most recent paystubs. If you are paid weekly, attach your 4 most recent paystubs. If you are self-employed, attach a 6-month summary of your bank statement and your most recent tax return. If income comes from any benefit, applicant must attach documentation and 6-month summary of bank statement.
5. PAY APPLICATION FEE
Application Fee is $40 per adult occupant 18 years or older and is non-refundable. Payment can be made via credit/debit card and must be processed before we can run your application. Pay Application Fee here.
